MEYMO

Meymo is a prestigious renovation project that revives a historic customs building from 1906, located near Thurn & Taxis, Gare Maritime and the center of Brussels. Led by the A2D architectural firm in Tervuren, Meymo combines historic grandeur with modern luxury.

The building offers three spacious apartments with unique styles, ranging from a luxurious one-room apartment to a three-bedroom duplex. High ceilings of nearly four metres provide bright, airy spaces.

Sustainability is a key point at Meymo. Bio-based materials, individual air/water heat pumps and advanced ventilation systems minimize the ecological footprint. The apartments are designed for energy efficiency and comfort without fossil fuels.

Meymo creates a community where living and working come together, with a communal courtyard for relaxation and encounters.
